Janice Bergstein has thirteen years of real estate experience and has worked exclusively with REO and third party companies. Her experience includes developing broker price opinions, managing, maintaining and preserving corporate properties, as well as planning and pricing repairs, hiring contractors, scheduling and supervising work. Janice also handles accounts payable and receivable, marketing and selling as well as negotiating contracts and coordinating closings for our corporate properties. Janice is a versatile and dedicated professional and is always willing to go the extra mile for our corporate clients.
