Rick Workman has been a Realtor for 9 years. Prior to opening RealtyPros of the Piedmont, LLC, Rick was an agent with Linda Dillard and Associates in Greer SC. Rick has been a Multi-Million dollar producer year after year, concentrating on the Residential, New Home and Land markets in Greenville and Spartanburg counties.

Rick is married to Sandra and they have two sons, Matthew and Blake. Rick and Sandra will be celebrating their 19th anniversary this year.(2005) Sandra is a K-5 Elementary school teacher for District 1 Schools in Spartanburg County. Rick and Sandra attend Holly Springs Baptist Church.

Rick is a lifetime resident to the upstate of South Carolina. In turn this allows him to pass on his knowledge of the area to his clients.
