About Susan Susan Clayton is a native of the Blue Ridge area. Married to Tim Clayton, they live in Holly Springs. They have two daughters, Jennifer and Tina, a son Cody, and 4 grandchildren. Susan is an avid fan of racing, both as a retired driver and is very active with son Cody in Go-Kart racing. Susan has been very active in her son’s school as a tutor to students in the reading program. Susan has been in Real Estate for over 10 years, holds a Brokers license, as well as ABR, is a member of Greenville and Spartanburg MLS, active with Mobile Meals for over 5 years, has worked with the Home Builders Association in both Greenville/Spartanburg and is a Multi Million Dollar producing Broker.
